Many positions require the ability to operate personal computers, word processing and other support software. Experience with computers and associated software is necessary.

PROPERTY MANAGER: MJ Peterson Corp is seeking a Property Manager for a Subsidized Apartment Complex. Experienced, aggressive, outgoing individual. Section 8/Tax Credit, RAM/ARM/COS preferred. Computer experience necessary. Benefits.
MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN: Seeking a full time skilled maintenance technician. Must have reliable transportation, own tools and knowledge of apartment maintenance repairs.
RENTAL AGENT: MJ Peterson Corp is seeking a rental agent for residential rentals. An experienced, aggressive, outgoing individual, with computer skills, and a New York State Real Estate license is preferred.
LEASING CONSULTANT: MJ Peterson Corp is seeking a leasing consultant for both a Subsidized and Conventional Apartment Complex. Experienced, aggressive, outgoing individual. Coordinate showings, rentals, move-ins. Telephone and closing skills essential. Computer experience preferred.
ACCOUNTANT: A well established Amherst based Real Estate and Property Management Firm is seeking a seasoned Accountant to join its corporate staff. Ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience with a Bachelors or Associates degree in Accounting or Business. Responsible for daily accounting operations and GL preparation related to Conventional Housing properties and Brokerage Business Units. Successful candidate will also assist Controller in financial reporting and Budget generation.
