You may have noticed that we recently updated MJPeterson.com. This page is here to help you navigate through some of the new features of our website. Our new Home Page offers many new and exciting features, including: Quick Search, Featured Properties/Agents, Social Media links and more! Be sure to check out our new Search options under "Find a Home" and our new "Tools & Services" links.
Our New Advanced Search offer many exciting options. At the very top, you can search by MLS# or Street Address.
When selecting a property type, be sure to click the "OK" button to add it to your criteria. You can select as many property types as you like! If you'd like to narrow your search results even further, click the "More Options [+]" link. Here you will be able to select properties that are New to the Market, have a Swimming Pool, are located on the Waterfront, offer Hardwood Floors and much more!
When you are done selecting your criteria, you can then choose to View All Results, Map My Results (only when 300 or less listings match your criteria), or View Open Houses.
Our new Map Search offers a new and exciting way to search for real estate listings in one particular area. This is especially handy if the area you are looking at borders several towns. Use the "Start Pinpoint Search" button to draw a rectangle around the area you are interested in. Be sure to narrow your search results so that they yield 300 or less properties.
Once you have your results mapped, you can then click the icons at the bottom to view nearby Schools, Hospitals, Airports, etc.
You can start your Nationwide or International Search right from our Home Page or by visiting our "Relocation" page located under "Tools & Services". Just start typing the name of the city or country you are interested in and click "Search". You will then be able to find Area Guides with basic information about the place you are interested in and tips on buying real estate over seas!

Our new Video Real Estate Guide found under "Tools & Services" will offer short, helpful videos on 3 major topics: Basic Real Estate FAQs in our "Ask the Experts" section, information about our local areas in our "Tours of Western New York" section and information about our company in "The Culture of MJ Peterson Real Estate".
We will be updating this information and adding new videos every few weeks, so be sure to check this page often!

The new MJPeterson.com offers more advanced property details & options than ever! Not only will you get all the property information you've always found on our site, but now you will also be able to see a map & directions to the listing, request a showing/more information, save your listing, email it to a friend, view a school or community report and more!
We also now offer a handy Mortgage Calculator that auto-populates with the current listing's price and taxes.
You can also increase the size of the photo slide-show by simply clicking on the photo.
