Rafis is an upscale-casual venue that is known for their Mediterranean Fusion cuisine, but they also carry a variety of American food. Huge outdoor covered patio and covered deck that was added that serves great for entertainment nights. They have also recently added an approximate 24 foot by 10ft outdoor kitchen that features a clay oven with outdoor grill. It is beautifully designed and has marble countertops. The inside bar makes for a perfect night out to unwind and enjoy the ambiance. Gas lines have been run to heat the patio during colder weather with heaters. Rafis have thought of everything to make this Restaurant the perfect hotspot! For those warm summer nights, they have added cooling zones. The decor both inside and out tastefully done! some inventory and all of the equipment come with this package along with some of Aamir and Ambers favorite recipes if desired. Also for an extra bonus the Restaurant comes with an extra lot across the street 50 X 128 that could possibly be made into extra parking if needed. The parking lot behind Restaurant holds approximately 15 vehicles and has recently been topcoated. There is a nice doublewide shed for additional storage with extra freezer space.
